Loving Care Tips

Each unique piece has been handmade, often with one of a kind beads and components. Please note that many pieces are made with wire-wrapping techniques, which should be handled very delicately. Attention to these simple care tips will keep your jewelry looking new and beautiful for years to come. 

-Some metals can tarnish over time due to exposure to moisture and/or chemicals (especially hair spray, perfume and lotions). It's recommended to place your jewelry on last to minimize contact with these chemicals. Remove jewelry before cleaning, exercising, swimming or showering. Should your jewelry get wet, be sure to dry off with a clean cloth.

-Carefully apply and remove bracelets one at a time. I recommend rolling them onto your wrist. Putting on and/or removing the layered bracelets all at once may cause the elastic to snap.

REPAIR POLICY

 

All repairs must meet the following requirements or they will be returned to sender:

-Please email info@sqdjewelry.com immediately should your merchandise be damaged upon arrival.

 

-A restringing fee of $8.00 will be charged for all stretch bracelets before the repair will be made.

 

-Please inquire for any necklace repair fee at info@sqdjewelry.com

 

-Purchaser will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs.


-Most repairs will be shipped out within 7-14 days.

 

-Due to the one of a kind nature of many of our pieces, we cannot guarantee we can repair every piece made in the collection. For any questions regarding this please email info@sqdjewelry.com.

 

Store Policy

Store credit ONLY within 7 days of receipt. Only items purchased directly from Stephanie Quinlan Designs will be eligible for a store credit. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping and handling costs.

All exchanges will require an authorization number. Please e mail info@sqdjewelry.com with a brief explanation regarding the reason for the exchange and to obtain your authorization number.

Sale items & items purchased with a promotional code are non-returnable and non-refundable and are a FINAL SALE.

 

Special Sizing

Please e mail us at info@sqdjewelry.com if you would like a smaller or larger size in a particular item. A minimal cost may apply depending upon the item.

 

Delivery Times

Each order will ship within 4 business days. Once the item has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation e mail with shipping details and the estimated delivery date. Orders can be expedited for an additional delivery charge. Please e mail info@sqdjewelry.com to inquire.
